Roklyn M. DePerro Turner is a life-long resident of Mahoning County and proud graduate of Cardinal Mooney High School. She earned her B.A. degree from Miami University in 1998 in Speech Communication, and received her J.D. degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 2001. Additionally, she is certified by the Supreme Court of Ohio as a Parenting Coordinator, Mediator and Guardian ad Litem. Ms. DePerro Turner is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, Mahoning County Bar Association, Trumbull County Bar Association, and a member of the Cleveland-Marshall Law Alumni Association.
