Attorney Roklyn M. DePerro Turner

A lifelong resident of Mahoning County and a proud graduate of Cardinal Mooney High School, Roklyn M. DePerro Turner earned her B.A. degree from Miami University in 1998 in Speech Communication.

In 2001, she received her J.D. degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. She is certified by the Supreme Court of Ohio as a parenting coordinator, mediator, and guardian ad litem.

Ms. DePerro Turner serves as a member of the Ohio State, Mahoning County, and Trumbull County Bar Associations. She is also a member of the Cleveland-Marshall Law Alumni Association.

Debby is a dedicated legal assistant with more than 16 years’ experience

who began working with Attorney Turner in 2020 during the pandemic. Prior to working in a law office, she spent over 30 years working for a locally owned brokerage firm.

Debby’s eagerness to provide the best possible service reflects her passion for her work and her dedication to client satisfaction.

Debby a life long resident of Struthers, Ohio with her son Corey. She is an avid reader and loves cheering on the Ohio State Buckeyes and Youngstown State Penguins.

Diana began working with Attorney Turner in May, 2026 as a part-time secretary/support staff.
She is excited and eager to grow with Attorney Turner and provide the best possible service to her clients.

Diana is a retired paralegal with 30 years experience in trust administration, probate, estate planning
and real estate. She has worked for several law firms including banks. Diana earned her associates
degree from Youngstown State University.

Diana enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and is a Youngstown State Penguin fan.
